У мережі поширено відео, на якому В'ячеслав Демчук, керівник штабу кандидата від "Батьківщини" Руслана Богдана на виборчому окрузі №151, дає інструктаж членам ДВК, як вони мають забезпечити 35-37% голосів для кандидата. 

Відео розмістив на своїй сторінці у Facebook нардеп від БПП Олександр Черненко. 

"Старшим на дільниці доведені цифри по двору, те що ви повинні зробити по дільниці, ці цифри підйомні по кожній дільниці", - заявляє на відео Демчук.

"Кожен член, який працює на дільниці, ... не треба думати, що він лише член ДВК і має право лише сидіти і казати "дайте...",  а повинен попрацювати  і привести коло своїх друзів і зробити цей результат. Розумієте, про що я у вас прошу? У кожного з вас куми, свати, брати, кохані, і т.д. ... Зробіть цю цифру. Ми беремо явку 45%, ми націлюємо вас на 35-37% перемоги. Це буде перемога", - додав керівник штабу Богдана. 

 

Як зазначив Черненко, який раніше очолював "Комітет виборців України", "тут все: і визнання наявності технічних кандидатів, доведення "плану" на результат і обіцянка винагородити фальсифікаторів "лесями" та "сковородами". Явка з повинною, можна сказати". 

"Зараз готую депутатське звернення в поліцію і прокуратуру", - додав Черненко.
