У Києві відбудуться акції за лібералізацію законодавства в сфері відповідальності за вживання марихуани. Основну подію –  «Марш Свободи» – заплановано на 16 вересня.

Організатори повідомляють, що маршу передуватимуть вуличні акції, круглі столи. Найближча акція відбудеться 20 травня. «Скоріш за все це буде мітинг під МВС», – повідомляє один з організаторів Тарас Ратушний.

Метою активістів є збільшення порогової кількості канабісу, що встановлює кримінальну відповідальність за зберігання незначних кількостей без мети збуту – декриміналізація ст. 309 ч.1 Кримінального кодексу України. Кримінальне переслідування дрібних правопорушень пропонують замінити адміністративним штрафом.

Серед вимог «Маршу Свободи» також законний доступ українців до лікування медичним канабісом та препаратами на його основі та право медичних та наукових організацій на використання канабіноїдів у наукових та медичних цілях.
