Три українські політичні партії мають перевірити на предмет відповідності нормам закону про декомунізацію. Про це заявила перший заступник міністра юстиції Наталія Савостьянова.

До списку партій, які викликають питання, потрапили КПУ, Комуністична партія України (оновлена) і Партія робочих і селян,передає ТСН.

"В даний час в Міністерство юстиції надійшло звернення прем'єр-міністра Арсенія Яценюка щодо того, що деякі політичні сили не привели статут та символіку у відповідність до вимог закону. Це три політичні партії: Комуністична партія України, Комуністична партія України (оновлена) і Партія робочих і селян ", - заявила Савостьянова.

За її словами, комісія з питань дотримання закону про декомунізацію має зробити свої висновки на наступному засіданні, а рішення щодо відповідності чи невідповідності партій законодавству приймати глава Мін'юсту Павло Петренко.
