Активісти з організації Greenpeace одягли газові маски на 15 статуй по всьому Лондону в рамках протестів через забруднення повітря в столиці

8 активістів найбільш відомої екологічної організації світу відвідали пам'ятники Вінстона Черчилля, королеви Вікторії, адмірала Гораціо Нельсона та багатьох інших видатних історичних осіб, залишивши їм "сувеніри" у вигляді газових масок. За словами представників організації, всі ці люди неодмінно б страждали від забруднення повітря, якби жили у сучасному Лондоні.

Чоловіків наразі затримала поліція, тим не менш вони стверджують, що ця проблема в столиці Британії постає все гостріше з кожним днем.
