У Львівській області Дрогобицький міськрайонний суд виніс вирок 31-річній членкині дільничої виборчої комісії. А все тому, що 25 жовтня на виборах вона видала жінці бюлетені для двох осіб — для неї і її чоловіка. Через це порушницю позбавили волі з іспитовим терміном, а також заборонили їй обіймати певні посади.

"25 жовтня у с. Летня (Дрогобицький район) 31-річна член дільничної виборчої комісії під час проведення місцевих виборів незаконно надала своїй 44-річній односельчанці виборчі бюлетені для голосування, які були призначені іншій особі. Таким чином, жінка змогла проголосувати і за себе, і за свого чоловіка, який на той момент перебував удома", — повідомили у пресслужбі Львівської обласної прокуратури.

13 листопада прокурори подали до суду справу з обвинуваченням у неправомірній видачі виборчого бюлетеня особі, яка не мала права його отримувати (ч.3 ст.158-1 ККУ).

Тож суд визнав обвинувачену винною та призначив їй покарання – позбавлення волі на 5 років з іспитовим строком 1 рік та позбавленням права обіймати певні посади, пов’язані з участю у роботі виборчої комісії, на 5 років.

Нагадаємо, на Волині заступниці голови виборчої комісії повідомили про підозру у вчинені злочину. Жінці загрожує кримінальна відповідальність за те, що вона проголосувала за свого чоловіка.
