Марк Фейгін, адвокат українського журналіста Романа Сущенка, повідомив, що під час розгляду скарги його підзахисного у Мосміськсуді 18 травня заборонили зйомку. Захисник припустив, що це помста за нові санкції України проти країни-агресора. Про це він повідомив у Twitter.

«Щойно мені повідомили, що завтра на оскарженні з продовження арешту Сущенку у Мосміськсуді заборонять усю зйомку! Навіть протокольну. Я, проте, запрошую журналістів у Мосміськсуд на оскарження щодо Сущенка. О 10.10, 327 зал», - написавМарк Фейгін.

Він також припускає, що «заборона на зйомку Сущенка - відповідь на блокування Україною їхніх ресурсів, що зайвий раз доводить, що "контакти"-"однокласники" - це їхній особистий бізнес».

Раніше Марка Фейгіна не пустили до підзахисного Романа Сущенка в СІЗО «Лефортово» напередодні засідання суду у Москві про розгляд скарги на продовження арешту українського журналіста.

«СІЗО "Лефортово" напередодні розгляду судом моєї скарги на продовження арешту підзахисного Сущенка стало на перешкоді відвідуванню його там.  Припускаю, що причиною проблем з моїми відвідинами Сущенка, стала болюча реакція Путіна на слова Порошенка про телефонну розмову», - написав він.

Нагадаємо, Президент України Петро Порошенко під час прес-конференції 14 травня заявив, що результатом його телефонних переговорів з президентом РФ Володимиром Путіним став дозвіл російської сторони на відвідини дружиною Романа Сущенка у СІЗО «Лефортово» у Москві.
