Судові пристави у Москві затримали директора Фонду боротьби з корупцією (ФБК) Романа Рубанова за невидалення фрагментів фільму "Він вам не Дімон" за позовом мільярдера Алішера Усманова.

Про це сам Рубанов написав у Twitter, передає Укрінформ

"Затриманий судовими приставами рано-вранці біля під'їзду будинку. Доставляють на Бутирський вал. Судовий пристав "клятвенно" пообіцяла Навальному кримінальний термін за невиконання рішення суду щодо Усманова, "тому що люблю Росію", - пише Рубанов.

З постанови, яку він опублікував, витікає, що затримання пов'язане з відмовою ФБК видалити фрагменти фільму про незадекларовану нерухомість прем'єра РФ Дмитра Медведєва "Він вам не Дімон" за позовом мільярдера Алішера Усманова.

Суд за позовом Усманова до Олексія Навального і ФБК відбувся у травні 2017 року - це був перший розгляд за підсумками розслідування про майно, яким користується Медведєв. У першому рішенні Люблінського суду йшлося про те, що ФБК і Навальний повинні видалити фільм "Він вам не Дімон" цілком. Потім Мосміськсуд уточнив, що видалити треба тільки ті фрагменти, які оскаржував Усманов.
