Вже третю годину в Полтаві триває судове засідання по справі Кернеса. Активісти під вікнами суду встановили металеву клітку із написом "Кернесу сюди". В неї посадили велику ляльку Геннадія Кернеса. Вона одягнена у шкіряну куртку, на ногах - жіночі черевики. На грудях - листок з написом: "Мер - слуга народу", повідомляє Gazeta.ua

У цей час захист міського голови Харкова продовжує подавати клопотання судді Андрію Антонову. Вже подали їх близько 10. В одному з клопотань скаржаться на Генпрокуратуру, яка змінила прокурорів у справі. Адвокати Кернеса пропонують перенести засідання у зв'язку із неналежним станом приміщення суду. Скаржаться на тісноту і духоту. Також адвокати висловлюють недовіру до слідства. Сам Геннадій Кернес повторює, що справа проти нього сфальсифікована.

Засідання триває. Активісти влаштували на вулиці танці під українську музику, працює діджей. Вінз мікрофоном, періодично нагадує судді про об'єктивність рішення.
