В Москве опасаются, что желание США разместить базы противоракетной обороны в Румынии и Польше связано с возможным намерением убить президента РФ Владимира Путина.

Об этом в интервью "Апострофу" рассказал российский военный эксперт Павел Фельгенгауэр.

"В Москве базы ПРО в Румынии и Польше трактуют как вовсе не связанные с ПРО, а как оружие первого удара, основная цель которого — убить Владимира Путина. Что там будут ракеты с ядерными боеголовками, которые за три минуты могут долететь и попасть очень точно, прямо в окно путинской дачи", — отметил он.

По словам военного обозревателя, с этими опасениями, в частности, связана аннексия Крыма.

"Военные (РФ, — ред.) должны успеть уничтожить эти ракеты до того, как они взлетят. С Польшей все понятно: в Калининградской области можно развернуть новые ракеты "Искандер", они это могут сделать. А с румынской базой не получается. В Приднестровье эти ракеты не протащить, с ядерными боеголовками, а вот разместить в западном Крыму — вполне возможно", — пояснил Фельгенгауэр
