Хамовницький суд Москви в середу, 29 липня, заарештував журналіста РБК Олександра Соколова за участь в організації "Армія волі народу", яка визнана в Росії екстремістською.

Разом із ним під варту було взято також колишнього редактора газети "Дуель" публіциста Юрій Мухіна і його соратника Валерія Парфьонова,пише Укрінформ

Парфьонов і Соколов поміщені під варту до 22 вересня, Мухін - до 29 вересня.

За версією слідства, заарештовані прагнули до "розхитування політичної обстановки в бік нестабільності та зміни існуючої влади нелегальним шляхом".

Згідно з матеріалами справи, всі заарештовані продовжували діяльність забороненої в 2010 році організації, перейменувавши її на "Ініціативну групу з проведення референдуму "За відповідальну владу".

За словами адвоката заарештованих Олексія Чернишова, його підзахисні хотіли добитися внесення поправок до Конституції і прийняття закону "За відповідальну владу". Зокрема, автори ініціативи пропонували оцінювати роботу депутатів, сенаторів та керівництва країни після закінчення їх повноважень.
