Глава Мінкомзв'язку РФ Микола Нікіфоров заявив, що Telegram та інші інтернет-сервіси, які відмовляються виконувати вимоги російського законодавства, не працюватимуть на території Росії. Таку заяву чиновника цитують РИА Новости.

"У нас немає упередженого ставлення ні до російських, ні до зарубіжних інтернет-сервісів. Як написано в законі, так і буде, без варіантів. Сервіси, які не будуть в Росії дотримуватися російських законів, працювати в Росії не будуть", - сказав міністр, відповідаючи на запитання, чи може бути заблокований Telegram через відмову співпрацювати з владою.

Міністр додав, що це стосується й інших сервісів.

"Не розумію ажіотажу ЗМІ навколо Telegram. Я б також турбувався на місці таких зарубіжних сервісів, як WhatsApp, Viber, Google, Facebook. Вони всі підпадають під цей закон", - сказав міністр.

Як відомо, в середу засновник Telegram Павло Дуров повідомив, що ФСБ склала на компанію протокол про порушення "закону Ярової", який може привести до судових процесів.

До посту він прикріпив два документа, датованих 31 серпня і 14 вересня. Перший - повідомлення про те, що стосовно компанії буде оформлений протокол. Другий документ - копія вже складеного протоколу "за фактом невиконання обов'язку надавати інформацію, необхідну для декодування прийнятих, переданих, що доставлених і (або) таких, що обробляються, електронних повідомлень".
