У Центральному виборчкомі РФ заявили про те, що російський опозиціонер Олексій Навальний не має права обиратися на виборах через наявну судимість.

Про це йдеться в офіційній заяві відомства, пише ТСН

У відомстві відзначили, що він не володіє виборчим пасивним правом, тобто не може бути обраним.

"За наявною інформацією, 8 лютого 2017 року Навальний засуджений за частиною 3 статті 33, частини 4 статті 160 Кримінального кодексу Російської Федерації на п'ять років позбавлення волі зі штрафом у розмірі 500 тисяч рублів, при цьому призначене покарання постановлено вважати умовним з випробувальним терміном 1 рік 5 місяців (вирок набув чинності)", - йдеться у тексті.

Кіровський обласний суд раніше підтвердив п'ятирічний умовний термін Навальному у справі про розтрату понад 16 мільйонів рублів компанії "Кіровліс". Перший вирок, теж п'ять років умовно, був скасований Верховним судом Росії після того, як Страсбурзький суд виявив порушення прав підсудних на процесі.
