Апеляційний суд постановив конфіскувати більше 130 тисяч гривень внесків на підтримку Київської обласної організації партії «Самопоміч» за IV квартал 2016 року.
Про це повідомляє прес-служба НАЗК.
"Постановою Печерського районного суду м. Києва від 27 червня 2017 року, залишеною без змін постановою Апеляційного суду м. Києва від 2 жовтня, Ірину Сисоєнко – керівника Київської обласної організації політичної партії «Об’єднання «Самопоміч», народного депутата України визнано винною у вчиненні правопорушення... та накладено штраф у розмірі 100 неоподаткованих мінімумів доходів громадян, що становить 1 700 грн, з конфіскацією до державного бюджету суми внесків на підтримку політичної партії в розмірі 131 тис. 900 грн", - йдеться у повідомленні.
Як поінформували у НАЗК, за результатами аналізу звіту Київської обласної організації політичної партії "Об'єднання "Самопоміч" за IV квартал 2016 року Департамент з питань запобігання політичній корупції НАЗК виявив, що протягом звітного періоду на підтримку партії здійснювались благодійні внески через касу цієї організації. Внески на загальну суму 131 тис. 900 грн були отримані через касу партії від 10 фізичних осіб і протягом трьох останніх місяців 2016 року Сисоєнко вносила ці кошти на поточний рахунок партії "Об'єднання "Самопоміч", що є порушенням частин восьмої та дев'ятої статті 14 Закону України "Про політичні партії в Україні".
