Хакерському угрупованню Двійкові вартові вдалося, зокрема, зламати інтернет-ресурси Верховного суду Венесуели, Національної асамблеї (парламенту) і Національної виборчої ради.

Як стверджують у своєму Twitter кіберзлочинці, їм вдалося отримати доступ до сайтів адміністрації президента, ЗС республіки, поліції, уряду Каракаса та інших держструктур. Нині частина з них не працює. Парламент Венесуели, більшість в якому належить опозиції, у своєму Twitter підтвердив, що його сайт був зламаний.
