У вівторок Верховна Рада має розглянути закон, що дозволяє провести вибори в Маріуполі і Красноармійську, у разі його прийняття голосування відбудеться 15 листопада.

Про це повідомив голова Центральної виборчої комісії Михайло Охендовський, передає ЛІГА.net.

"За нашою інформацією, відповідне питання може бути розглянуте Верховною Радою у вівторок. Якщо відповідний закон буде прийнятий у вівторок, і він буде оприлюднений в середу, він набуде чинності, і ЦВК встигне надрукувати необхідну кількість бюлетенів для проведення виборів ", - сказав Охендовський.

За його словами, якщо за закон не проголосують, тоді може бути прийняте рішення про проведення виборів в інший день, наприклад, 22 листопада. Вчора були сформовані нові склади територіальних виборчих комісій в Маріуполі і Красноармійську, і в цілому міста до проведення виборів готові.

"Але без проведення голосування, без встановлення результатів завершити відповідні виборчі процеси встановленим законом способом не зможуть", - сказав голова ЦВК.

Раніше повідомлялося, що на проведення місцевих виборів у Маріуполі і Красноармійську Донецької області знадобиться близько 5 млн грн.

Центральна виборча комісія вважає за необхідне забезпечити проведення місцевих виборів у Красноармійську та Маріуполі Донецької області в найкоротший строк, найближчим можливим днем для організації такого голосування є неділя, 15 листопада.

Комісія Маріупольської ТВК не прийняла виборчі бюлетені, місцеві вибори там не стартували. Комісія Маріупольської ТВК мотивувала свою відмову приймати бюлетені тим, що вони надруковані не належним чином.
