Починаючи з жовтня 2015 року в рамках співробітництва зі Stopfake.org на телеканалі Ukraine Today щотижня англійською мовою виходитимуть вже знайомі українцям відеодайджести спростувань топ-фейків тижня про Україну – StopFakeNews. До них входять найцікавіші і найобговорюваніші тексти спростувань сайту за тиждень, повідомляє ТСН.

"Відеодайджест найбільш цікавих спростувань фейків тижня раніше ми знімали лише російською мовою. Але значна популярність і затребуваність наших спростувань серед англомовних читачів довела нам необхідність робити ще один відеовипуск - англійською. І ми дуже вдячні телеканалу Ukraine Today за надану можливість поширювати цю суспільно важливу інформацію на широку аудиторію за кордоном", - каже Юрій Панін, продюсер відеодайджесту StopFakeNews, технічний директор Могилянської школи журналістики НаУКМА.

Тетяна Пушнова, Генеральний продюсер Ukraine Today зазначила: "Ми давно спостерігаємо за роботою Stopfake.org, і з великою повагою ставимося до того, що і як вони роблять. Часом сюжети StopFakeNews допомагають нашим журналістам у підготовці новин, а професіоналізм команди, що працює над дайджестом, має слугувати прикладом для багатьох телевізійників. Я дуже рада нашому співробітництву і тому факту, що англомовна аудиторія матиме змогу впевнитися, що проти України ведеться брудна інформаційна війна". 

Stopfake.org - український проект, який створили випускники і викладачі Могилянської школи журналістики для боротьби з неправдивою інформацією про Україну в російських, українських та західних медіа шляхом спростування фейків, які поширюють ці медіа.
