Україна стикається не тільки з гібридною війною, але й з гібридними переговорами, де її або не чують, або на яких вона взагалі не присутня

Про це заявив міністр закордонних справ України у 2003-2005 і 2010-2012 рр. Костянтин Грищенко, передає "112 Україна".

"Важливим фактором була того тижня зустріч Нуланд і Суркова, заступника держсекретаря і представника російської влади, в Калінінграді, де ми не були, де вирішувалося питання України протягом 6 годин. Що ми називаємо мінськими зустрічами? Це що, зустрічі за чашкою кави чи це переговори за стандартною процедурою з директивами і всім іншим, що має бути частиною цього процесу? Ні. Тому ми весь час маємо не тільки гібридну війну, ніякий гібридний мир, але й гібридні переговори, які весь час відбуваються або за нашою участю, де нас не чують, або не сильно дослухаються, або без нас взагалі", - заявив він.

Нагадаємо, 15 січня помічник держсекретаря США Вікторія Нуланд і помічник президента РФ Владислав Сурков обговорили на зустрічі в Калінінграді питання виконання мінських угод. Переговори тривали близько 6 годин.
