Там привели скриншот, в котором говорится о российском законопроекте. Согласно ему, Путин возобновит действие договора в том случае, если США отменят "закон Магнитского" и санкции против РФ, а также компенсируют России потери от санкций и от введения "вынужденных" контрсанкций против США.

"Крыша поехала окончательно", — комментируют ультимативный законопроект в вышеназванном Twitter.
