Кабінет міністрів України підготував законопроект, яким засуджується нацистський і комуністичний режим в Україні і забороняється їх пропаганда. Про це заявив прем'єр-міністр України Арсеній Яценюк на засіданні уряду.
«Уряд сьогодні внесе до Ради проект закону про засудження комуністичного і нацистського тоталітарних режимів в Україні та заборони їх пропаганди. Ми підготували цей законопроект, і я звертаюся до членів парламентської коаліції, щоб він швидко пройшов у парламенті», – заявив Яценюк.
За його словами, уряд також внесе в Раду пакет законів, приурочених до 70-ї річниці перемоги над нацизмом.
У Верховній Раді різних скликань неодноразово реєстрували законопроекти про заборону комуністичної ідеології в Україні, однак ці законодавчі ініціативи не були підтримані. У грудні минулого року народні депутати Сергій Пашинський та Вікторія Сюмар знову зареєстрували такий законопроект.
