На двох виборчих дільницях активісти ОПОРИ помітили фотографування виборцями виборчих бюлетенів під час проміжних виборів в 205 окрузі в Чернігові. В першому випадку, зафіксованому на виборчій дільниці № 740998 (школа №9, спортивна зала, вул.Олександра Молодчого, 21) , виборчий бюлетень фотографував молодий чоловік, який провів виборця до кабінки, зачекав, поки той проголосує, а потім біля урни сфотографував бюлетень. Коли спостерігачі почали з’ясовувати обставини, то молодий чоловік покинув дільницю. Їх було помічено пізніше, як вони сідали в машину. Про інцидент повідомлено правоохоронні органи.

Інший випадок стався на дільниці № 741013 (КП ЖЕК №6, актова зала, вул.Одинцова, 9Б,). Там виборець прийшов голосувати з дитиною. Коли він підійшов до урни, то дав до рук дитини бюлетень, де було видно, за кого він проголосував, і сфотографував її. Під час розмови з виборцем, той пояснив, що зробив це на пам’ять для себе.

Відповідно до ст. 159 Кримінального кодексу України, умисне порушення таємниці голосування під час проведення виборів або референдуму, що виявилося у розголошенні змісту волевиявлення громадянина, який взяв участь у виборах або референдумі, карається штрафом від ста до трьохсот неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або виправними роботами на строк до двох років, або обмеженням волі на строк до трьох років.

Як писав PRпортал, чернігівцям, сьогодні, 26 липня, почали приходити смс-повідомлення з пропозицією отримати дві тисячі гривень за фотографію бюлетеня з голосом за кандидата Олега Нароху.
