Закон о местных выборах, подписанный президентом Украины Петром Порошенко, принят в нарушение минских соглашений и не имеет никакого веса для самопровозглашенных Донецкой и Луганской народных республик (ДНР и ЛНР). Об этом глава делегации "ДНР" на мирных переговорах заявил Денис Пушилин, пишет РБК.

«Комплексом мер по выполнению минских соглашений четко и ясно прописано согласование закона о выборах и поправок в конституцию Украины с представителями ДНР и ЛНР. Но ни эти, ни какие-либо другие нормативные акты украинская сторона с нами не согласовывала. А значит, подписанный накануне закон Украины о местных выборах не имеет никакого отношения к Донецкой и Луганской народным республикам», — сказал Пушилин.

«Это документ для внутреннего пользования», — добавил он.

Напомним, 6 августа Петр Порошенко подписал закон о местных выборах.
