В самопровозглашенной "ДНР" уверены, что давать людям возможность выбирать местные органы власти – нет никакой необходимости. "Верховный Совет" совместно с "Советом Министров" террористической организации приняли постановление, согласно которому будет создана специальная комиссия, которая уполномочена назначать временных администраторов на захваченных территориях "ДНР", сообщает Обозреватель

"Будет создана комиссия в составе Министра обороны, Министра внутренних дел, Министра государственной безопасности, представителя Верховного Совета. В состав комиссии, также, будет входить депутат или группа депутатов, которые представляют тот или иной освобожденный район", - заявил так называемый председатель президиума Верховного совета "ДНР" Борис Литвинов. Он также добавил, что "комиссия" назначит таких руководителей, "которые понимают, что произошло, что надо сделать и какими ресурсами". Подобные "администраторы" будут назначены в 28 городах и 17 районах "по мере освобождения".

Литвинов также считает, что такая политика уже дала свои "позитивные" плоды. "На сегодня примером успешной работы временных администраторов являются Макеевка, Шахтерск и ряд других населенных пунктов", - заверил он.
