Являющийся федеральным уполномоченным по осуществлению выборов в Федеративной Республике Германии Дитер Заррайтер заявил, что во время президентской гонки в государстве будут предприняты всяческие попытки махинации новостных сообщений, что, по всей видимости, может изменить результат выборов в стране, пишет Deutsche Welle.

Как PRпортал, Заррайтер сообщил: «Жители Германии и средства массовой информации обязаны с большой осторожностью реагировать на новости в ходе предстоящей президентской гонки. Необходимо знать, что будут предприняты попытки манипулировать ими». Кроме того по его словам, политсилам ФРГ, а также СМИ нужно осуществлять «еще более тщательные проверки, чтобы отделять подделанную информацию от такой, которая есть на самом деле». 

Напомним, ранее Томас де Мазьер, главный правоохранитель Федеративной Республики Германия, обратился к пользователям и администрации соцсетей с просьбой вести решительную борьбу против распространения фейков. Тогда руководитель МВД Германии отмечал: «Вероятно, что ложные новости могут нести последствия, то есть, их авторы могут быть наказаны. В результате нужно проводить расследование».
