В столице Индии — Нью-Дели — появились будки, в которых любой желающий может сделать селфи с премьер-министром страны Нарендрой Моди. Об этом сообщает Lenta.ru

По информации издания, всего в городе установлено около 1500 автоматов на рынках и в торговых центрах. Тех, кто хочет сфотографироваться с премьером, просят встать слева, а справа на селфи накладывается изображение Моди. В каждой будке находится смартфон и экран, на котором можно увидеть предварительную фотографию. Полученный снимок отправляется по электронной почте или по смс.

Так называемая кампания «селфи с Моди» приурочена к выборам в Законодательное собрание Дели, которые пройдут 7 февраля. Таким образом, как отмечает издание, правящая партия «Бхаратия Джаната парти» (БДП) хочет привлечь голоса молодежи.

Всего за десять дней в Индии было сделано более 70 тысяч селфи. Это не первый раз, когда правящая партия и лично премьер-министр привлекают новые технологии во время избирательной кампании. Так Нарендра Моди во время своей предвыборной кампании использовал голограммы для проведения встреч с электоратом.
