У рамкаж проекту зібрана інформація про керівників і співробітників  "органів влади", "міністерств", "правоохоронних органів", "судів", "прокуратур".

Як стверджується, мета проекту - інформування громадськості щодо кожного "активного члену "ДНР".

"База буде корисна журналістам, громадським активістам і волонтерам, які працюють на території області. Ми не повинні забувати цих людей і зробити все, щоб вони ніколи, ні в якому разі не змогли бути легалізовані", - сказано на сайті.
