Гражданская гвардия Испании по решению Верховного суда Каталонии заблокировала более 140 сайтов, поддерживающих проведение референдума о независимости Каталонии. Об этом сообщает Лига.нет со ссилкой на Efe.

Заблокирован также сайт Национальной ассамблеи Каталонии.

Национальная ассамблея Каталонии - организация, зарегистрированная как ассоциация, целью которой является достижение политической независимости Каталонии. В январе 2015 года в ней насчитывалось более 80 000 членов. Лидер - Хорди Санчес. 

6 сентября 2017 года парламент Каталонии одобрил проведение референдума о независимости. Конституционный суд приостановил действие принятого парламентом Каталонии закона, но каталонцы все равно приняли закон о порядке выхода из состава Испании и переходном периоде.

24 сентября власти Испании назначили нового начальника местной полиции Каталонии с целью недопущения референдума о независимости.
