Израиль готовится к досрочным парламентским выборам, которые пройдут 17 марта. В них впервые участвует партия ортодоксальных женщин “У-бизхутан”, зарегистрированная в израильском ЦИКе буквально за день до окончания срока,пишет Левый берег

Партия борется за права женщин из ультрарелигиозных семей. По словам лидера "У-бизхутан" Рут Колиан, ее политическая сила хочет обеспечить большую поддержку женщинам, "чтобы в Кнессете был для этого человек".

"Государство Израиль не в состоянии защитить религиозных женщин", - подчеркнула Колиан.

Результаты опросов говорят о том, что у партии ортодоксальных женщин совсем небольшие шансы получить достаточно голосов для прохождения в Кнессет. Тем не менее, в “У-бизхутан” заявляют о намерении бороться до конца.
