У Казахстані ліквідована Комуністична партія. Таке рішення виніс Спеціалізований міжрайонний економічний суд Алмати

Про це повідомляє Tengrinews.kz з посиланням на керівника прес-служби міського суду Куандик Ешімета, передає Еспресо.TV.

"Міністерство юстиції Казахстану звернулося з позовною заявою до суду, в якому просило ліквідувати Комуністичну партію Казахстану, так як за результатами перевірки в діяльності партії встановлені порушення вимог законодавства. Суд постановив позов Мінюсту задовольнити, ліквідувати громадське об'єднання "Комуністична партія Казахстану ", стягнути з неї держмито в розмірі 1 982 тенге. Рішення від 7 серпня ", - зазначив Ешімет. Рішення суду вступило в силу.

Комуністична партія була зареєстрована 27 серпня 1998 року, потім перереєстрована у 2003 році. Першим секретарем Центрального комітету партії був Серікболсин Абдільдін. За результатами виборів 1999 року, партію в Мажилісі представляли два депутати, які пройшли за партійним списком. У 2004 році партія розкололася, і від неї відокремилася Комуністична Народна партія Казахстану.

Своїми основними цілями партія вважала створення умов для побудови в республіці суспільства свободи і соціальної справедливості, заснованого на принципах наукового соціалізму, побудова комуністичного суспільного ладу. Партія виступала за інтернаціоналізм.
