Прокуратура совместно с сотрудниками СБУ задержали мэра одного из городов Киевщины, вместе с подельниками требовавшего от представителя строительной фирмы взятку в сумме $300 тыс, а также помещения площадью 4 тыс м² в новостройке. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба прокуратуры Киевской области

По информации правоохранителей, указанные средства злоумышленники требовали за непрепятствование строительству жилого комплекса.

Подозреваемых задержали во время получения €200 тыс неправомерной выгоды. Открыто уголовное производство по ч. 3 ст. 368 (получение неправомерной выгоды должностным лицом, по предварительному сговору группой лиц, сопряженное с вымогательством) УК Украины. Санкция статьи предусматривает наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком до 10 лет с конфискацией имущества.

Проводятся следственные действия с целью установления всех обстоятельств совершенного преступления. Решается вопрос об избрании задержанным меры пресечения.
