У неділю, 19 жовтня, у Кіровограді відбулася зустріч з виборцями кандидата у народні депутати від Опозиційного блоку Сергія Ларіна (екс-заступник керівника Адміністрації Президента В. Януковича, екс-голова Кіровоградської ОДА). На зустріч можна було пройти виключно по запрошеннях. Усіх інших, в тому числі журналісти та спостерігачів ОПОРИ, в приміщення обласної філармонії, де проходила зустріч, тривалий час не допускали люди спортивної зовнішності, відомі як «тітушки».
По запрошеннях послухати кандидата приїхали організовані групи людей з різних районів області. Частина ж кіровоградських виборців прорвалися на зустріч після конфлікту з охороною заходу. В залі конфлікти з «тітушками» призвели до побиття кількох активістів. Також постраждала кандидат у народні депутати по 99 виборчому округу (Центр: місто Кіровоград, Ленінський район. ОВО включає: частина Кіровського частина Ленінського районів міста Кіровограда) Тетяна Бородіна. Про що вона подала заяву до правоохоронних органів. Про перешкоджання здійсненню професійної діяльності подав заяву до міліції і журналіст Валерій Лебідь.
У своєму виступі Сергій Ларін наголошував на своїх досягненнях на посаді голови Кіровоградської ОДА, звинувачував теперішнє керівництво країною в економічній кризі, активістів Майдану – у війні на Сході країни. Виступ відбувався під скандування прихильників «Слава Ларіну!» та противників – «Слава Україні! Героям слава!». Під час заходу також виступав кандидат у народні депутати по 99 округу Артем Стрижаков (самовисування). Охороняли виступаючих «тітушки»з парасольками (ймовірно, від яєць та помідорів).
