Генеральна прокуратура та САП продемонстрували відео-докази зловживання службовим становищем та вимагання народного депутата з фракції БПП Борислава Розенблата.

Фільм показували під час засідання регламентного комітету у п’ятницю, пише Українська правда

Зокрема з фільму видно, як агент НАБУ "Катерина" декілька разів зустрічалася з депутатом Розенблатом починаючи з грудня 2016 року по червень 2017 року в різних ресторанах Києва.

На цих зустрічах депутат розповідав про можливість впливати на рішення Житомирської обласної ради, суди, прокуратуру та посадових осіб в Держгеокадастрі.

"Мені треба хоча б 16,5 і 85 тисяч - це десь 20-ка доларів. Там не все просто", - говорив він на зустрічі 14 грудня 2016 року.

На зустрічі 4 квітня 2017 грудня Розенблат зізнається у можливості підкупу судів та прокуратури у Житомирі.

"За допомогою твоїх грошей я вирішу питання з прокуратурою і судом. Сьогодні документи передали в суд. Є звернення громадської організації. Ще 6 грудня Житомирська облрада подасть в суд, ми їх прижмемо", - говорив нардеп.

В різні періоди агент передавала йому 6 тисяч доларів, 10 тисяч доларів, 20 тисяч доларів. Ці гроші він не брав у власні руки, натомість просив виходити з його охоронцями, щоб вони перераховували кошти.

"Катя, мені негайно потрібні 30 тисяч доларів", - звертався нардеп до агента "Катерини" 24 квітня, на що вона сказала, що в неї є лише 6 тисяч доларів.

"Як, так мало?", - здивувався Розенблат.

Під час окремих зустрічей народний депутат пропонував агенту НАБУ закуповувати для її фірми нелегальний бурштин під виглядом польського бурштину.

Крім того він пропонував їй зареєструвати офшорну фірму в Арабських Еміратах.

"Треба десь 200 тисяч доларів, грубо кажучи 250… Все залежить від того, скільки гектарів ми купимо. 20 тисяч - це облрада, купимо пару голосів. Десь 50 тисяч - це Геокадастр", - говорив Розенблат на зустрічі 8 червня.

Як відомо, у п'ятницю на регламентному комітеті Верховної Ради розглядається подання ГПУ на депутата від БПП Борислава Розенблата.
