Подконтрольный России Гагаринский районный суд Севастополя приговорил обвиняемого в экстремизме Игоря Мовенко к 2 годам заключения в колонии-поселении. Об этом в пятницу, 4 мая, сообщает Крым.Реалии.

Согласно решению суда, Мовенко обвиняли в публичных призывах к осуществлению экстремистской деятельности за несколько комментариев в группе Крим - Україна в социальной сети ВКонтакте.

Осужденного этапируют в СИЗО Симферополя.

Адвокат Мовенко Оксана Железняк сообщила, что приговор обжалуют.

Напомним, два года назад Мовенко подвергся нападению со стороны сотрудника Росгвардии за эмблему украинского добровольческого подразделения Азов на его велосипеде. У активиста обнаружили черепно-мозговую травму, перелом челюсти и основания черепа. По факту избиения была проведена доследственная проверка, однако дело возбуждено не было.

Позже в декабре того же года Мовенко задержали и увезли в управление ФСБ России. После чего против севастопольца выдвинули обвинение в экстремизме в соцсети.
