Детективи НАБУ не знайшли факти незаконного впливу нардепа з фракції БПП і одного з найближчих соратників президента Ігоря Кононенко на екс-міністра економічного розвитку і торгівлі Айварас Абромавичус.

Про це йдеться у відповіді Генпрокуратури на депутатський запит лідера фракції БПП Юрія Луценка, підписаній в.о. керівника САП Максимом Грищуком, пишеZN.UA.

"За результатами досудового розслідування зібрано достатньо доказів для оголошення підозри виконавчому директору НАК "Нафтогаз України" Пасішнику А. П. за ознаками складу злочину, передбаченого ч. 1 ст. 344 КК України (втручання у діяльність державного діяча – ред.), який з метою незаконного призначення на посаду заступника міністра, усвідомлюючи протиправність своїх дій, реалізуючи власний умисел, чинив тиск на Айвараса Абромавичуса", - сказано у листі.

При цьому у відповіді вказано, що висловлювання Абромавічуса щодо незаконного впливу на нього з боку нардепа Кононенка "свого підтвердження не знайшли".

"Показання заявника з цього приводу... не підтверджують його висловлювання в заяві для преси. Крім того, такі факти повністю заперечують як Кононенко І. В., так і Пасишник А. П., вони не підтверджуються зібраними матеріалами", - повідомили в Генпрокуратурі.

Також у листі вказано, що триває досудове розслідування щодо інших обставин, зазначених Абромавичусом, за яких, на його думку, на нього чинили тиск інші особи, перешкоджаючи займатись службовою діяльністю.
