Жителям Нью-Йорка представили самый большой в мире цифровой билборд, который был установлен на площади Таймс-сквер, известной на весь мир своими светящимися рекламными щитами.

На экране билборда размером с футбольное поле был показан документальный ролик в высоком разрешении с изображениями гор, птиц и небоскребов.

Со следующей недели на экране будет демонстрироваться реклама. Права на первые показы выкупила компания Google, которая заплатила 2,5 млн долларов за четыре недели рекламных роликов.

Светящийся билборд высотой с восьмиэтажный дом протянулся на целый городской квартал.
