У мережі з’явилося відео патрульної поліції Одеси, на якому кандидат у депутати міськради від Блоку Петра Порошенка "Солідарність" Дмитро Шманов агресивно заважає роботі правоохоронців на місці ДТП, винуватцем якого став його син.

Відео з місця події опубліковане в YouTube, передає  Еспресо.TV.

Автор відео стверджує, що поліція прибула на місце ДТП, яке сталося з вини неповнолітнього сина Шманова Володимира. Зазначається, що Володимир разом зі своїми друзями 16 вересня взяв татів BMW, щоб покататися, і виїхав на зустрічну смугу, де врізався в інший автомобіль, від чого постраждав його водій. При цьому паралельно все це знімав на камеру смартфона один із пасажирів BMW.

Повідомляється також, що після зіткнення хлопці втекли з місця події, залишивши в машині телефон.

Коли поліція проводила огляд місця ДТП і збирала речові докази, серед яких зокрема і залишений в авто смартфон, до них прибув кандидат Дмитро Шманов з дружиною. Як видно з відео, подружня пара намагалася перешкодити правоохоронцям і забрати телефон. При цьому Шманов погрожував патрульним, поводився агресивно. Правоохоронцям довелося одягнути на нього наручники, аби заспокоїти. Дружина політика в цей час намагалася силою забрати телефон у правоохоронця.

Дмитро Шманов балотується на місцевих виборах депутатом у міську раду Одеси від "Солідарності" в 15 округу.
