Устами своей пресс-службы глава фракции «Оппозиционный блок» Юрий Бойко заявил о том, что Верховная Рада на протяжении 2016 года отработала очень плохо, чем доказала свою неэффективность, поэтому депутаты «Оппозиционного блока» считают, что пришло время провести чистку рядов парламентариев.

По словам Юрия Бойка, только перевыборы парламента смогут поменять ситуацию в стране, ведь Раду придут новые люди, к которым будет доверие большинства украинского общества. «Этот парламент получил неуд за свою работу, тем самым вызвал неудовольствие людей. К этой Верховной Раде нет доверия людей, а, значит, нет смысла продолжать работу нынешним депутатам. Те проблемы, которые беспокоят людей не волнуют тех, кто сегодня находится под куполом Рады, поэтому, чем быстрее в Украине пройдут перевыборы, тем в стране начнет что-то меняться и люди наконец-то ощутят улучшения качества жизни», – говориться в тесте пресс-службы «Оппозиционного блока».

Также в «Оппозиционном блоке» отмечают, что депутаты не принимали участия в голосовании за, подготовленный правительством, Бюджет-2017, так как считают его антинародным.
