Новый законопроект о местных выборах, по которому планируется провести волеизъявление уже осенью этого года, предусматривает запрет на размещение платной политической рекламы на телевидении, радио, внешних носителях, в том числе, на транспорте,пишет Главком.

Авторы законопроекта ссылаются на европейский опыт и предполагают, что эта норма уменьшит траты партий и кандидатов на предвыборную агитацию, заставив их проводить кампанию по принципу «от дверей до дверей».

При этом в печатных СМИ политическая реклама разрешена, но расценки на нее должны быть аналогичны (не больше, не меньше) коммерческим, хотя визуально она должна отличаться от «обычной» рекламы.

При этом в законе разделяются понятия агитации и информирования избирателей (в том числе, предвыборные дебаты в телеэфирах).

Напомним, на прошлой неделе в Верховной Раде зарегистрирован законопроект о местных выборах. Среди его авторов представители трех фракций коалиции – «Блока Порошенко», «Народного фронта» и «Самопомичи».
