Фракция БПП настаивает на принятии законопроекта №3700 о внесении изменений в Закон "О выборах народных депутатов Украины", которым предоставляется право исключать кандидатов из избирательного списка уже после установления результатов выборов.
Об этом во время заседания Согласительного совета заявил руководитель фракции БПП Юрий Луценко, сообщает корреспондент Укринформа.
"Вопрос законопроекта №3700, который несколько раз уже рассматривался в Верховной Раде. Насколько я знаю позицию коллег-руководителей фракций коалиции, они, как и мы, настаивают на том, чтобы он был все-таки принят", - сказал Луценко.
Напомним, законопроект №3700 предусматривает предоставление партиям права вносить изменения в списки кандидатов в народные депутаты Украины от партии после установления результатов выборов путем исключения решением съезда партии.
