В Росії підготували законопроект, за яким пропонується ввести штраф в 5 млн рублів за брехню у соціальних мережах.
 

Про це повідомляє російське видання РБК. 

У повідомленні зазначається, що член правлячої партії "Единая Россия" та син актора Михайла Боярського, Сергій Боярський підготував законопроект, за яким планується вести штраф за брехню у соціальних мережах в розмірі 5 млн рублів (близько $83 тис. за сьогодняшнім курсом).

В пояснювальній записці до цього законопроекту було вказано, що ці заходи слід розглядати як превентивні і спрямовані вони будуть передусім проти ЗМІ.

Проте, за словами Боярського, це не буде стосуватися звичайних користувачів.

"Штрафи за відмову видаляти протиправну інформацію не стосуватимуться користувачів. Тільки організаторів поширення інформації" ,- повідомив депутат.

В той же час, за законами Росії, до ЗМІ відносяться всі користувачі мережі, які мають як мінімум 3 тис. користувачів.
