ЦИК в среду утвердил бюджет на 2016 год. Всего на 2016 год ЦИК получит 16 млрд 389,5 млн руб. Из них 10 млрд 400,9 млн руб. предусмотрены на проведение выборов в Госдуму в 2016 году, передает РБК.

Изначально ЦИК просил у Минфина при проектировании бюджета больше денег на выборы: 14,7 млрд руб. Для сравнения, на думские выборы 2011 года было потрачено 7 млрд руб. Удвоение финансирования в ЦИКе связали с тем, что в 2016 году выборы пройдут по смешанной системе.

Однако в заявке ЦИКа Минфин отказал: в принятом бюджете ЦИКу положено на 4 млрд руб. меньше, чем они просили изначально. Чуров пояснил также, что экономить ЦИК будет за счет акций по информированию избирателей и иных культмассовых мероприятий.

Зарплаты членов региональных избирательных комиссий в период проведения федеральных выборов в сентябре 2016 года сохранятся на прежнем уровне, несмотря на нехватку бюджетного финансирования. На эти цели будет выделено 956,6 млн руб. Расходы планируется урезать за счет сокращения командировок членов ЦИК, оптимизации трат на проведение мероприятий по повышению правовой культуры избирателей и другие нужды.

Выборы в Госдуму пройдут 18 сентября 2016 года. Депутатов будут выбирать по смешанной системе: половина будет избираться по партийным спискам, половина — по одномандатным округам
