Останкинская межрайонная прокуратура проведет проверку деятельности телеканала «Дождь». Об этом написала в своем Facebook гендиректор «Дождя» Наталья Синдеева, приложив фотографии прокурорского уведомления.

В документах не говорится о том, что послужило поводом проверки, однако уточняется, что она проводится на основании обращений граждан. В уведомлении Останкинской прокуратуры отмечается, что она проводит проверку законодательства о противодействии экстремизму и терроризму, трудового законодательства и законодательства о лицензировании.

В комментарии РБК Синдеева заявила, что она пока не знает о причинах проверки и что ей нечего добавить к опубликованному в соцсетях. На момент публикации заметки корреспонденту РБК не удалось дозвониться в Останкинскую прокуратуру по телефонам.

Прокуратура просит руководство «Дождя» предоставить доступ к помещениям, где располагается телеканал, и используемому оборудованию. Кроме того, руководство канала должно передать в прокуратуру копии следующих документов: договор аренды помещения, трудовые договоры, должностные инструкции, штатное расписание, техническая документация на оборудование, список иностранных сотрудников, бухгалтерские документы об уплате зарплаты и налогов, трудовые книжки работников и другое.

Кроме того, Наталья Синдеева также написала в Facebook, что после получения уведомления от прокуратуры на «Дождь» пришла проверка от МЧС.
