Федеральная антимонопольная служба (ФАС) оштрафовала телеканал ТВ3 на сто тысяч рублей за превышение уровня громкости рекламы над громкостью прерываемой ею телепередачи.
Нарушение, говорится в сообщении ФАС, было зафиксировано в дневном эфире канала 4 августа 2015 года. Тогда уровень громкости рекламы и анонсов превысил уровнь громкости телепередачи более чем на 1,5 дБ, что является нарушением части 12 статьи 14 закона «О рекламе», пишет Медуза
Штраф, наложенный на ТВ3, стал первым случаем применения поправок о громкости рекламы, вступивших в силу в мае 2015 года.
ФАС также возбудила дело о превышении громкости рекламы против телеканала «СТС Урал», на который пожаловались жители Екатеринбурга. В конце октября представители антимнопольного ведомства заявили, что дело в отношении «СТС Урал» прекращено.
