Креативный директор ENGINE Digital Станислав Стояцкий предложил простую инициативу. Он призвал пользователей делиться позитивным опытом, чтобы уменьшить количество негатива в сетях.

«Когда случается негативный инцидент — „зрада“ взрывается молниеносно: кому-то хочется пропиариться, получить свою долю славы, есть и правдолюбы. Но кто обращает внимания на нормальную работу бренда? Когда все хорошо, это априори не интересно, а это и готовит почву для „зради“ в дальнейшем. Негатив — множит негатив», — заявил Станислав Стояцкий во время конференции Smm Rocks, который проходил в Днепре.

"Пост по следам доклада на Smm Rocks. В нем я призываю (а если еще нальют мартини на баре, то могу и молить) снизить уровень зрады и трешака по отношению к брендам и приучать себя делиться в соцсеточках не только суперпозитивным опытом но и просто нормальными примерами сервиса", - сообщает PRпортал со ссылкой на Фейсбук Станислава Стояцкого.

"Просто пишите чаще о райских фруктах, а не о бабае", - написала PR-знахарь и SMM-повитуха Oльга Прадід .

"Давайте делать меньше зрады!", - призвала Дария Конох.  Она написал:  "Действительно, мы идем в соц.сети и пишем отзывы, в большинстве случаев, когда испытываем негативные эмоции. Вряд ли кто-то говорит "Спасибо, что доставили мою посылку вовремя - вы большие молодцы!" или "Сегодня лапша была вкусной, спасибо". Ведь это обычный сервис, за который мы платим деньги. Но, в то же время, нужно понимать, что за брендами и компаниями стоят обычные люди, которым важно услышать что-то хорошее, что все это они делают не зря".
