Верховная Рада на заседании 23 мая приняла в первом чтении законопроект "Об использования отдельных элементов благоустройства и контактной сети при осуществлении рекламной деятельности", за что проголосовали со второго раза 233 народных депутата,
В законопроекте предлагается внести норму в закон о рекламе «о запрете размещения рекламы на поддерживающих, опорных и других элементах контактной сети, на средствах и оборудовании (в том числе опорах) наружного освещения», - отмечается в пояснительной записке.
Запрет размещения рекламы на фонарях объясняется необходимостью побороть визуальное засорение улиц и площадей Украины, а также сохранить аутентичность и пространственную композицию объектов культурного наследия и архитектурных ансамблей, улучшить ситуацию в сфере безопасности дорожного движения.
