Зоозахисна організація UAnimals започаткувала нову книжкову премію "Гуманна книжка". Це відзнака для письменників за твори, які допомагають формувати в дітях гуманне і дбайливе ставлення до тварин та довкілля.
Команда UAnimals заснувала "Гуманну книжку" передусім для того, щоб нагадати про потужну силу книжки як інструменту формування світогляду людини та показати, наскільки багато є вартих уваги дитячих книжок про тварин чи довкілля. Раніше ми започаткували проєкт UAnimals.Kids, який цілком присвячений темі формування гуманного ставлення дітей до тварин і всього живого. Ми переконані, що гуманність плекається змалечку і відповідальні за це дорослі, і хочемо допомогти дорослим практичними порадами та контентом, — каже головна редакторка UAnimals Людмила Смоляр.
Вручення премії "Гуманна книжка" відбудеться у грудні. А до 26 листопада всі охочі можуть номінувати книжку на премію. Це мають бути роботи українських авторів та українською мовою видані у 2022-2023 роках для дітей та про гуманне ставлення до тварин і довкілля. До журі премії увійшли:
- Олеся Наумовська, докторка філологічних наук, доцентка, завідувачка кафедри фольклористики Київського національного університету імені Тараса Шевченка;
- Юлія Сливка, видавчиня, філологиня PhD, блогерка;
- Світлана Ройз, дитяча та сімейна психологиня;
- Лео Буша, той самий хлопчик з Ірпеня, який надихнув Україну виконанням "Червоної калини";
- Людмила Смоляр, головна редакторка організації UAnimals;
- Ігор Коваль, інфлюенсер, волонтер, співвласник магазину дитячого одягу.
Нагадаємо, що зоозахисна організація UAnimals із 2016 року популяризує гуманістичні цінності та рятує тварин від жорстокості. З початку повномасштабного вторгнення волонтери організації займаються порятунком тварин від війни: евакуюють, годують, лікують їх, а також відбудовують притулки та допомагають природним паркам.
