Поки в Києві підбивають остаточні підсумки парламентських виборів, у самопроголошених «ЛНР» і«ДНР» завершують підготовку до бутафорського голосування за голів і депутатів власних «парламентів». Вибори намічені на 2 листопада.

Проте, згідно з мінськими угодам, підписаними на зустрічах контактної групи щодо України 5 і 19 вересня, на територіях, зайнятих бойовиками «ДНР»і «ЛНР», необхідно провести вибори до місцевих структур влади лише 7 грудня. По факту, в результаті цього повинні будуть з’явитися органи, наділені повноваженнями і мандатом на переговори, внутрішнє облаштування територій і на політичний діалог з офіційним Києвом.

Президент України Петро Порошенко вважає, що майбутні «псевдовибори» в«ЛНР» і «ДНР» ставлять під загрозу весь мирний процес на Донбасі, а на Заході і в Росії ставлення до майбутнього волевиявлення різне – в ЄС і США не збираються визнавати їх результати, а глава МЗС РФ Сергій Лавров напередодні заявив, що Москва визнає результати голосування,повідомляє Інформаційно-аналітичний центр РНБО
