У неділю в Кривому Розі відбулось п’яте віче на підтримку кандидата на посаду міського голови від «Самопомочі» Юрія Милобога. 

За словами учасників, вони ухвалили рішення провести у вівторок, 22 грудня, під Верховною Радою акцію протесту з вимогою визнати результати місцевих виборів у Кривому Розі сфальшованими і призначити нові вибори міського голови та міської ради. 

За різними даними, в заході взяло участь від кількох сотень до тисячі людей. У руках вони тримали плакати з написами «Захистимо наш вибір!», «Вілкулів за ґрати».

На думку мітингувальників, акція під парламентом допоможе «прискорити розгляд законопроекту про перевибори в Кривому Розі». Аби їхати до Києва, активісти вже домовились організувати кілька автобусів.

За інформацією поліції, громадську безпеку на вічі забезпечували близько трьохсот правоохоронців.

Водночас в «Опозиційному блоці» заявляють, що підстав для перерахунку голосів і призначення нових виборів мера немає.

За офіційними даними, в Кривому Розі за чинного міського голову, представника «Опозиційного блоку» Юрія Вілкула проголосувало 50,21% виборців, а за його суперника, висуванця «Об’єднання «Самопоміч» Юрія Милобога – 49,79%. Різниця між кандидатами – 752 голоси. Вілкул, офіційно визнаний переможцем виборів, склав присягу міського голови.
