Компанія Google додала в Google Maps оновлення, яке дозволить користувачам відвідувати планети Сонячної системи і їх супутники

Всього в Google Maps наразі доступні 16 небесних тіл: Меркурій, Венера, Земля, Місяць, Марс, карликова планета Церера, Плутон, супутники Юпітера - Іо, Європа і Ганімед, супутники Сатурна - Мімас, Енцелад, Діона, Рея, Титан і Япет.

На поверхнях планет і супутників вказані назви розташованих на них об'єктів. При натисканні на них можна дізнатися їх точні координати і походження назви.
