Суд визнав пранкера Віталія Седюка, який зняв штани на Євробаченні, винним у хуліганських діях і присудив йому штраф.

Про це "Українській правді" повідомила прес-секретар столичної прокуратури Надія Максимець.

"За наслідками судового засідання суд визнав обвинуваченого винним у скоєнні кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч. 1 ст. 296 КК України (хуліганство) та призначив йому покарання у вигляді штрафу в розмірі 500 неоподаткованих мінімумів доходів громадян (8,5 тисяч гривень ред.)", – повідомила вона.

За словами Максимець, прокуратура може оскаржити цей вирок суду.

Як відомо, Седюка затримали правоохоронці 13 травня 2017 року після скандальної витівки під час проведення міжнародного пісенного конкурсу "Євробачення 2017".

Столична прокуратура просила для пранкера 240 годин громадських робіт.
