Заблокувати месенджер Telegram у Росії не вийде, боротьба з IP-адресами може тривати вічно, проте не приносити результату.

За його словами, месенджер намагаються блокувати за принципом обмеження доступу до звичайного сайту, але Telegram - не сайт, тож підходи теж треба інші.

"І заблокувати його за допомогою блокування IP-адрес неможливо, і війна триватиме вічно навіть з урахуванням того, що клієнтська частина Telegram - це відкритий код, його можна проаналізувати і зрозуміти, як він працює", - сказав Маріничев.

Він запропонував боротися не з самим сервісом, а з авторами нелегального контенту. Адже Telegram все одно зможе оновлювати програмне забезпечення, за допомогою чого уникати блокування.

Нагадаємо, 13 квітня, Таганський суд Москви задовольнив позов Роскомнадзору, постановивши заблокувати месенджер Telegram на території Росії. Компанія відмовляється надавати ключі ФСБ про розшифрування повідомлень. 16 квітня російські провайдери почали блокувати доступ до месенджера Telegram на території Росії. Проте перші спроби стали невдалими: у Росії заблокували тисячі електронних адрес, але Telegram продовжував працювати.

А вночі, 22 квітня, користувачі Інтернету в Росії повідомили про проблеми з доступом до сайту Google. Після опівночі вони не змогли зайти на основну сторінку пошукової системи.
